Start with a typical Italian breakfast of a latte or espresso with brioches. Then follow?a historical itinerary through Genoa, stopping to eat local specialties like? focaccia alla cipolla (onions) or cheese, pizzata, tripe, farinata, octopus, pasta al pesto, and tiramisu, while sipping wines in a selected number of bars and wine tasting rooms. Then a real meal in one of the most well located and good restaurant of town, few meters from the Cathedral that let us to ask for a forgiveness straight away, as we have indulged in so much food :-).
