Come to Bilbao and discover one of the most important and charming tradition in the Basque Country, the pintxos. You will be led by a local guide in a small-group food tour. Pintxos are tapas of the Basque region, and originally consisted of small slices of breads with a portion of food hooked with a toothpick (pintxo in Basque language). Nowadays, this gastronomic speciality has changed into culinary master pieces, used by chefs to play with new textures, tastes and colours. They are worthy to taste, and even better accompanying them with some of the local drinks such as txakoli (white local wine) or cider.
