The tour departs the Kailua Pier in downtown Kailua-Kona around 1 p.m. (please arrive 30-minutes early for check-in). There, you'll board a 65-foot luxury catamaran for a two-and-a-half hour humpback whale watching cruise —sightings are guaranteed or you can go again free! Hawai’i is the only state in the nation where humpback whales breed, calve and nurse their young. Every year between December and April, over 10,000 humpback whales migrate over 3,500 miles from the Pacific Northwest.
