This is the second time that I have taken this excursion, and it’s truly worth every penny. The snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay is some of the best snorkeling in the world. The water is warm and calm in the bay, and it’s like being in an aquarium. The dolphins were very cool to swim with too. The Captain and Crew were friendly and helpful. The boat was clean and comfortable. The equipment was also great. Highly recommend this tour!

This is a fantastic trip. The captain and crew were great hosts. The Captain was patient and respectful of the dolphins in the area while trying to put us in good spots to see them in the water. The crew did a super job of informing us about the marine life in the area as we cruised. We saw three whale species. The bay we went to was teeming with a variety of wonderful fish. My 13 year old son was swimming harder and longer than he normally does in his swim club practices trying to see as much as he could. The bonus was spotting some hammerhead sharks and being allowed to go in to see them underwater - it was spectacular!

The crew were great and accommodating. Had a wonderful snorkeling day and would highly recommend Hang Loose.

Don't take any other snorkel tour dolphin trip, this one blows them out of the water. The crew (Simon and Jacob) were amazing. My husband got seasick half way through and They kept up his spirits the entire time. They made sure to help us get the best views of the dolphins while still respecting then and the lunch they provided was perfect. No boring sandwiches allowed! They helped with any questions we had and if you have kids they are great with them. There were 2 kids on the tour and they drive the boat back and had a blast. Best guys ever! They made the trip amazing!

We were three adults! Nice crew, explained all the safety rules and what to expect. They were patient with everyone. The snorkeling was beautiful. I would recommend.

We had an awesome time. Especially when the dolphin swim under us. It was a first time for the grandkids, and they had an awesome time.

this was a great excursion. The guys were extremely nice. snorkeling was great. unfortunately the dolphins were not out. they more than made up for it by allowing us on another excursion free of charge.

This was an enjoyable experience, however we didnt get to swim with the dolphins due to weather conditions. I would suggest, dont book in advance through Viator, just wait until youre on the island and book directly through the local bookings offices as weather conditions change. However its was still a beautiful snorkeling experience at Kealakekua Bay and the lunch and snacks were plentiful and tasty.

Great crew... friendly and lots of fun. Took us right to the dolphins, then on to some of the best snorkeling on the big island. Beautiful views along the way. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The captain and crew were so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the dolphins and the area in general. It was truely an amazing experience.
