Jamaal our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the local history and kayaking. Snorkeling was great. Unfortunately didn't see any dolphins but that did not detract from the trip.For those looking for a great place to snorkel this is it!

I booked this excursion while on a NCL cruise. the tour was advertised as 3 and a half hours. When I called to get information about the exact location, I was told that the tour was really five hours. This made it impossible to do. Make sure if you book this tour check with the vendor about the correct time, as the info on Viator was not accurate.

This was our first time kayaking and it was awesome.He was very patient with us, fun and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

Our tour guide, Jason, was amazing. He was very personable and went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time. My wife and I were the only two people on the tour, so it was like we had a private experience. We snorkeled for about two hours at the reef, and saw a variety of fish and a sea turtle. On the way back, we saw a pod of dolphins. A few even jumped out of the water and did spins. The sandwiches provided were standard deli fare, but were pretty good. The snorkel equipment was new, and the kayak was fine. We learned a bit about the history of the island.

Dont book thru this tour company but definitely do this excursion! We waited for over 30 minutes for someone to arrive at their office and not only did no one show up but we never received a call back or email. We found out that this is not uncommon unfortunately with this tour company. Check out Kona Boys for the same tour - its a bit more but nothing substantial and definitely worth it. Lots of fish including a mana ray and sea turtle - easy kayak, good lunch and very helpful, courteous guides who made the trip easy and fun! Thank you Joe and Jake!

Our tour guide Matt was amazing extremely informative and professional and helpful. Even though we were first time kayakers, and perhaps too old and out of shape to do this tour, he was patient and kind..even when we flipped the kayak!! It was definitely worth the sore muscles I know I'll be feeling

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Hawaii. Jamal and Matt were fantastic. The kayak trip was fun and the snorkeling was amazing. Highly recommend this tour.

The guide never showed! No one answered our phone calls, no one was at the store location, no explanation or apologies. DO NOT waste your time with this company. Kona Brothers down the street saved our day and lent us their kayaks, trained us safely, and were much cheaper.

When we arrived for our tour the door was locked and no one came. There was no note on the door. No one answered the phone number given to us.

Jason and Jamal were very good and the snorkeling and kayaking was amazing. Once the tour was underway, I was very happy.

However, there seems to be some sort of organizational/personnel issue. I was unable to confirm my booking with the vendor the day before. The fellow on the line blew me off saying he wasn't sure it the tour would be happening. I arrived early to a locked facility and the first staff person to arrive said he would rather be home sleeping! Jason arrived and pulled everything together.
