Your voucher is valid for travel from HOTELS only, and not to private residences, bus, train stations or a different airport

This transfer is valid only on the date booked

Vans will hold either a maximum of seven (7) or eleven (11) passengers

Child seats are not provided in the vehicles. You MUST bring your own car seat for children under the age of 5 years

Florida law states: Children 5 years old or younger must be secured in a federally approved child restraint system: Children 3 years old and younger must use a separate car-seat.

Due to local laws, drivers reserve the right to refuse any customers who do not have a car seat for infants

Please limit luggage to 2 carry-on bags and 2 check-in bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)

Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.

Oversized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.

The van pick us up a little early but that was good and got us to airport with some time to spare. Driver was very helpful and the van was clear. Used Supper shuttle first time this time and it was all good. Will be using in the future travel planning I have.

Bad experience arriving at Tampa Airport. The lady at the kiosk for the shuttle had never seen a voucher like I was told to print off the Viator site.
Then we had to wait almost 45 mins to be collected and taken to our hotel. The whole system was very disorganized.
