You will need to advise your pickup location, flight details and the time you wish to be picked up in order to complete your reservation. Your transfer purchase will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver (includes your provider's contact information) -- it's that easy!
When your stay in Denver is over, you’ll be met at your hotel by a professional driver and driven in a comfortable private vehicle to the Denver International Airport (DEN). Choose from a private sedan, seating up to three passengers, or a sports utility vehicle for up to five passengers. This airport transportation service operates from downtown Denver, Denver Tech Center or Boulder accommodations.
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle.

All went well. I was relieved as this was a first trip and I am nonvisual. Trip route from airport to hotel was confusing for driver. The GPS took him to an address other than we gave him. After a call to the hotel, all went well. Return trip was uneventful. Both times the drivers worked well with us. Our incoming plane was late, but he found us. WHen it was time to leave for return trip, the driver was prompt. Both drivers are people persons and a pleasure to be with.

It isn't too bad to book this! The only thing viator needs to include is the airport fee or otherwise you have to fork over an extra $15 at the airport for the fee! Other than that the driver was really nice and talkative! He was also on time!
