State 38 - State 38 brewery specialized in barrel aged spirits. State 38's barrel-aged gin is vapor gin basket passed through another distillation process using Colorado Juniper Barries and a special mix of organic spices. The barrel itself is charred North American White Oak. The mixture is allowed to age one month to make it an intensely crisp, spicy, outrageously flavorful spirit.
