Wonderful would do it again if your receptionist changes

Excellent guide. Very small group. Covered more than we anticipated. Very satisfied.

The lunch was excellent and homemade, from a delicious minestrone soup to a huge oatmeal raisin cookie. The meal was served in an open-box fashion and the staff was friendly. The three attractions fit nicely in the timeframe allotted.

Please note that you will visit Pikes Peak by train not by bus. The bus company is suppose to buy the train tickets for you. There is heavy demand for the train ticket. During our trip , we were 26 in the group but they booked 20 tickets. I don't know who dropped the ball, either the the bus company or the rail company. We 6 were left behind and took the next train after 1 hour.They had to arrange a separate van for us to return to Denver from the COG railway station.

This tour was amazing. Ride on the small bus was a little bumpy. The driver was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Our first stop was the Air Force Academy, nice to see. Our next stop was Garden of the Gods, I enjoyed this very much. We were able to climb up on one of the formation's and got great pictures. Our final destination was the train up to Pike's Peak. We took pictures on the ride up but once you reach the summit the view is breathtaking. We were disappointed with one thing, it takes a hour and 1/2 to get to the top of Pike's Peak and another hour and 1/2 back down. We were told when you reach the top we would be given 45 minutes before the train departs. Unfortunately we were given only 30 minutes, which to be honest is not enough time to take pictures, use the restrooms which took at least 15 min in line as there are no restrooms on the train. So most of the tour group didn't even get to purchase any souvenirs. I would still highly recommend taking this tour and hope that future groups would be given the full 45 minutes at the top of Pike's Peak.

Darcy, our guide, was very accommodating and went above and beyond. The bus was spotless and his commentary very interesting. The lunch at the Trading Post was great and left a little time for shopping. We had a wonderful time at all the stops.

Had so much fun on this tour especially going up to pikes peak!

Starting from Airforce academy and Garden of Gods and ending with Pikes mountain cog train , it was a great scenic tour. Stopping and trekking on the mountain was very enjoyable. Strongly recommend this tour
