Go beneath the skin-deep surface of Beverly Hills on this informative walking tour. You’ll veer from the mainstream tourist path and discover a fresh new way to see Los Angeles’ cultural attractions in what is known as the Golden Triangle in Beverly Hills. Explore often overlooked and tucked away side streets that have become a haven for art, architecture and gourmet foods.
Listen as your guide illuminates the stories behind the galleries and gardens found down the alleys. You’ll begin to see the 90210 the way the locals do. You’ll learn what makes the hidden side of Beverly Hills different from what most people see on the big screen. Bring your sweet tooth, as you’ll make plenty of pit stops at Los Angeles’ best sweet-treat destinations. Dig into a fluffy vanilla cupcake at Sprinkles, the bakery that’s earned celebrity status and is responsible for the recent cupcake craze, and learn about the chain’s devotion to sustainable practices. There will be plenty of time to ask your guide questions along the way and to stop at epicenters for gourmet cheeses and artisanal chocolates.
Check out an impressive family-owned gallery, stocked with international masterpieces by Rembrandt, Renoir, Dal? and many more famous painters. You’ll also get a peek at an underrated museum that’s well known among locals, a unique media museum that you probably wouldn’t find on your own.
And just because it’s so iconic, you’ll also hit one of the area’s most well-known attractions, Rodeo Drive. But instead of window-shopping, your guide will teach you about the historic architecture, local lore and relatively unknown details. By the time you finish your tour, you’ll see Beverly Hills the way the locals do. Please note: Please bring a refillable water bottle and a reusable bag for purchases. You’ll walk about two miles total, including some unpaved trail, so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes, clothing and sunscreen. A hat and sunglasses are recommended (especially for warmer months), and layers may be necessary as mornings can be cool October through June. This is a child-friendly tour. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 inclusively are permitted on this tour. Children younger than 6 are permitted at no extra cost, but please make sure you inform our guides of this before you take the tour.

The tour guide (Yusuf) was good and gave a good insight into the Beverly Hills that the locals see on a daily basis.

Excellent tour. Nice and easily paced, plenty of time but not too much at each stop. A great guide, Sabrina, who made sure that all four of us were included at all times. Lots of interesting information that made the 'newbies' to Beverley Hills feel they got to know the place and me, as a seasoned visitor, to feel that I had got under the skin of the place.
