We were a party of three and booked 2 days of hop-on, hop-off touring. The first day we waited for the second starting period hoping to avoid the initial crowd, and that seemed to work as we sat virtually alone at the front of the upper deck -- good vistas, easy photos, nice breeze. The entire first day was a good experience and our guide, ANTHONY, was funny and informative. The second day was a complete reversal -- overcrowded bus, no chance to sit upstairs, confined to the lower deck where we could not hear what the guide was saying, no real prompts to get off at any stop, only one step above riding a local chicken bus in rural Mexico -- quite terrible! A waste of a day, except for our visit to the Vizcaya estate ... and we could should have done that on our own with our rental car. Overall, then, a mixed review of extreme experiences. Probably I would not do this again in some other place. Plus, we would have been much more interested in sites rather than shopping centers.

Great tour, I recommend it. We stayed in miami one night and we took this before our cruise and it was a great way to see miami. We did the beach and city tour.

The trip was OK, although Miami wasn't very interesting.

Because of the uncertainty of our arrival I tried to adjust our booking twice - once by web form and once by phone. I didn't get any response from either. Viator make it very easy to receive your money, but very difficult to do much else. I won't book in advance again.

This tour was hit or miss in terms of the guides on the mic. Some would announce stops, some wouldn't. Once we waited over 45 mins on a not great corner of South Beach for the bus I live in Manhattan in NYC so if I thought this was weird place to stand I think that says something. The listed stop at the Intercontinental was also confusing and misleading. It actually stops 2 long blocks from this hotel, not at the Intercontinental like the schedule lists. It does give cross streets, but I don't get why this is listed as the Intercontinental stop when the Holiday Inn stop IS actually at the Holiday Inn. The inconsistent guides, stops in slightly unsafe area with 45 min wait times, and confusing tour schedule made this only ok. I wish we had just rented a car and followed the route. I also wish it made a stop at Wynwood.
