Had to wait too long for the van

This is great if you need a ride to or from the airport. It just takes a while because they make frequent stops. You also have to still check in at the desk with your viator form, so prepaying was not an advantage to me. I was standing in line to turn my voucher in at 10:15 am and was not at my hotel till 12:15 p.m. So if you are not in a hurry take it, you may have better luck.

Good, but you may have 6 or 7 stops before your hotel. Luckily, mine was first stop, but with about 12 passengers, you can expect delays.

It was fine. However, the driver was acting like we were late but we were early according to our tickets. Clearly a disconnect in the information line and poor management.

Definitely the 'cost effective' way to go to/from NOLA Airport to hotel - definitely recommend.

Trip was fine - but dropped us at the wrong hotel ... then we had to get a taxi to the right one ... Apparently there are two Homewood hotels in New Orleans ... but was disappointed that if there was this potential confusion that they didn't ask us which one. Our friends who came in the previous day had the same problem.
Hopefully this feedback is shared with the company so they can improve.
