The day begins at 8:00am with a 35 minute ride from the Providence, Rhode Island area to the port city of New Bedford, Massachusetts where you will board the SeaStreak Fast Ferry departure at 9am (round trip ticket included). Marvel in the spectacular views of the New Bedford and Fairhaven seascapes. By 10am you will be in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard.

Enjoy historic sites, warm sandy beaches and great seafood restaurants as you explore the island at your own pace. Ride the shuttle bus anywhere on the island for just $8 for the whole day (at own expense). You can also upgrade to take in a 1-hour guided tour (additional cost) and see some of the spectacular sites such as the Aquinnah Cliffs, the Edgartown Harbor Lighthouse, the Gingerbread houses, and more!

Or simply enjoy the shopping and serenity of strolling down the local island roads without ever leaving Oak Bluffs. The beauty of Martha’s Vineyard and all it has to offer is there for you.

Return to Oak Bluffs in time for a 5:45pm ferry departure arriving in New Bedford, Massachusetts by 6:45pm. Your driver will meet you at the dock for your 35 minute return drive to your hotel in the Providence, Rhode Island area.
