    I absolutely would NOT use this company. Three of us were thrown off our seats to the floor of the van because the driver was driving to fast. The driver did not ask if we were ok or say he was sorry. We were dumped at our hotel. I am still trying to reach the company.

    Driver's drive too fast and shuttles don't have seat belts that I was aware of. Otherwise, everything else was okay.

    Return trip was very difficult to arrange. Phone number on our receipt was out of service. Finally got through to someone at another number but the day of our pick up the shuttle was almost 30 min. late. I called to see if the shuttle was coming and luckily there was a van close by. Driver told us we were not on his pick up list and we were lucky he was in the area. Would not use this service again.

    Trip to the hotel was fine - had to wait a few minutes, but no problem. But on the way back, I was on hold for 35 minutes before I could even get through to make the reservation. I was told the driver would come at 5.07 the next day. He showed up at 4.47, stood in the hotel lobby for about 20 seconds, and then went back to his shuttle and drove off, even though I was literally running out of the building after him. We thought, OK, that was pretty early, maybe that wasnt even our shuttle. 5.15, we decide to call, and it turns out that was our shuttle! They sent another one over but it wasnt there for another 40 minutes.
    Why would it be OK to show up and leave 20 minutes early, especially when theyve given you such a precise time?? Ive never had a problem like this with another airport shuttle - we wont be using this service again.

    Pro:
    The highly-organized company has a counter in the baggage claim area of the airport. Redeem your voucher there, retrieve the suitcase, and get on the shuttle right outside the door. The driver will load the luggage on board, which is very helpful.
    Con:
    Difficult to make a reservation for the return to the airport. If you go on line, you'll be asked to pay again, which is strange when you have the ticket in your hand. If you call, you'll be put on hold forever, and will have to call back several times only to have the same "voice" make the reservation.

    Overall, the service is excellent and exactly on time. If they tell you 10:02 a.m. for a hotel pickup, the driver is there at 10:02 a.m.

    When I arrived at the airport, staff did not know how to process the voucher from Viator. Pick-up for the return journey was around 45 mins late due to an accident on the freeway. I understand that this could not be controlled but there was no contact from the company to inform of the delay and to give an estimate for pick-up. I only found out after I asked if the reception staff at my hotel would phone and ask where the bus was (at this point the pick-up was 15 minutes late). I was just about to book a taxi when the bus arrived. Luckily I had rearranged an earlier time and the bus was not full so I did not miss my flight.
