We were met at the arrival gate and were escorted to the luggage carousel and, having collected our bags were taken to our transportation into Seattle. We found the operators very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our experience.

Excellent. Our greeter called use just as we were picking up our luggage and met us moments later whisking us off to our van. The driver gave us a highlights of Seattle tour on the way to the hotel. Quick, easy and enjoyable.

Although it was more complicated than I expected to locate the pick-up point after arriving at Seattle airport, the girl on the desk was very helpful and the driver offered me a bottle of water for no extra charge. I was taken directly to my hotel and was very happy with the service. I also saved a significant amount of money by booking online.

Stress free. A representative was at baggage claim with our name on a sign as promised. We were taken to where the shuttle was and the the luggage loaded. I was concerned with enough luggage space as we were 4 people on a two week trip so we had 7 pieces of luggage. The vehicle was an oversize Mercedes van with plenty of luggage space and room to spare. The seats were very comfortable and the driver pleasant. We were dropped off at the front of our hotel. We booked them again at the end of our trip and again the service was great, they were early to pick us up which made it stress free getting to the airport.

We were not met as we were told. However, I believe our travel agent may have given the wrong flight information as I did not book this. Once we did connect with the person, the trip to vehicle was OK. We had to wait a bit but not too long before leaving the airport. The ride to hotel was great. Very nice vehicle and pleasant driver.
