The tour was great. Chris was a very knowledgable guide. We thought it was going to be a true "private" tour, but there was another couple on the trip too.

This tour was beyond amazing. Our guide showed us all of the beauty of the Blue Miuntains as well as all about the flora and fauna. We had an amazing picnic lunch with a fantastic view. Our tour ended with a wedge tail eagle soaring above us.

Chris was the greatest guide! Showed us all we wanted to see and then some with a real personal touch. Took us off the beaten path and allowed us to do exactly the amount of hiking that we wanted as well Beautiful tour! GREAT GUIDE!

Our guide, Chris, was fantastic. He met us at or hotel and off we went! We stopped for a break and he served us tea and cake. Chris was so knowledgeable about the history of settling the land and the building of roads through the mountains. We got a real history lesson. He took us to a lot of lookout locations and we even took a long trek down the mountain to view the falls. In addition, he was a fantastic photographer and took some great pictures of us! It was a beautiful day and the scenery was gorgeous. It was great having a private guide who knew where and how to avoid the crowds. I highly recommend the trip.

Chris was our guide on this private tour. Simply an amazing day. If you have one day for a day trip out of Sydney you simply must do this.

Chris was an outstanding tour guide and our private tour for 3 was the right way to see the Blue Mountains. Breath-taking views of a cloud filled valley and a fantastic 3 hour hike around Wentworth falls was the right way to take in these fantastic sights.

Chris the guide and his trusty 4x4 Utility vehicle takes you on a tour of the Blue Mountains like no other.

You'll get to see stunning vistas and views in locations empty of tourists. And, when he does take you to the popular spots, he finds places and spots away from the crowd for the best camera angles!

He's friendly, informative and is passionate about the Aussie outback. His truck will provide hot and cold drinks and the occasional Aussie snack.

All in all, a great day out exploring all the best bits the Blue Mountains have to offer.

the Blue Mountains are just amazing, a wonderful and stunning part of Australia. And to see it at it's best I'd highly recommend this tour. Chris is a wonderful host, knowledgeable about the area and can take you to see places you'll never see in large groups or standard tours. He'll also give you lots of background information about the places you visit and the Blue Mountains in general. Get away from the masses and let Chris show you the best parts of the Blue Mountains. He also makes a mean breakfast with coffee and TimTams and afternoon snacks with cheese, crackers and strawberries.
Amazing day, highly recommendable. So don't hesitate, just book and you will not regret it.

My husband and I had a great day exploring the Blue Mountains with our private tour guide/driver, Chris. He drove us to out-of-the-way locations and to more popular sites like the Three Sister rock formations. The scenery was fantastic. We had plenty of opportunities to experience the Blue Mountains. We drove to sites where we could get out and explore. Chris provided delicious morning tea treats love those Tim Tam cookies. In the afternoon he introduced us to Australian cheeses, crackers and fruits. Chris took our picture at various scenic places and sent the pictures via email. We enjoyed having Chris plan our day. He is a safe driver and a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. I would highly recommend this 4WD tour to anyone who wants the personal touch when touring the spectacular Blue Mountains.

This was a great day. Not because of the views, because it rained most of the day despite it being summer, but because of the guide. He started off by taking us to places accessible only by 4WD. It was amazing to go to places so off track that no one else was there, despite the magnificent views that we could see notwithstanding the weather. We even got a glimpse of a wombat, who seemed more shocked than us! Although not advertised, we were also shown a place where prisoners and their guards were kept in 19th century, places relevant for aboriginal history. Before setting off for more common sights, we even had a brew up from the back of the 4WD.

In the second part of the day we went to see the more famous sights. The weather by this time was abysmal we were not prepared for this but thankfully our guide had spare coats!. Despite our guides obvious disappointment that it was so wet and cloudy that he could not show us many of the regular sights, the guide still helped us explore sights that otherwise we may not have seen, even taking photos for us from his proper camera so much better than my i-phone.

Overall the whole day was great, my girlfriend loved it as much as me, but we both agreed that it was the quality of the guide and his desire to make sure we had a good day, that made it for us. My girlfriend called this out as the highlight of our weekend in Sydney and we have vowed to do the trip again if and when we return, in the hope that the weather will be better!
