Enjoy a day of luxury on this scenic helicopter flight over Australia’s UNESCO World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. On arrival at the Sydney Airport helipad, you'll receive a safety briefing and have plenty of time to take photos before boarding your flight.

Take off on a scenic 45-minute flight high above the city and see two of Sydney’s iconic landmarks from the air -- the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge -- before heading west over Olympic Park, the site of the 2000 Olympic Games. Enjoy commentary provided by your pilot as you head toward the Warragamba Dam and into the Jamison Valley while admiring spectacular aerial views of the Blue Mountains and the famed Three Sisters rock formation.

Land at Scenic World, a park-like setting in the Blue Mountains near the village of Katoomba that offers amazing nature experiences. Relax as you enjoy a a la carte lunch overlooking the mountains. Then, hop on board the Scenic Railway, one of the steepest incline railways in the world, as you descend to the ancient rainforest floor. Or, take the Scenic Cableway, one of the steepest aerial cable cars in the Southern Hemisphere, across the Jamison Valley.

Once at the bottom, follow the signs through the rainforest and take a walk along the boardwalks of the Scenic Walkway. Stroll through the lush rainforest and keep an eye out for native birds and other animals as you take in the gorgeous scenery.

Board the cableway or railway and head back up to the top, where the helipad at Scenic World is located, and board the helicopter for your return flight to Sydney.

Great experience. The pilot is very helpful. Seeing sydney and blue mountain from the top is deadly beautiful. Only thing is that I was being picked up at 9:45am, arrived at the airport 10:15 and had to wait till almost 12:00 to take off. Could be better arranged to avoid to long waiting.

This is an absolute must for locals and visitors alike. We cannot stop talking about this adventure to anyone who will listen. Check in 24 hours in advance for the complimentary hotel pick up. This company should be up for the tourist award in friendliness, knowledge, cleanliness of facility/helicopters to the top notch helicopter pilots and employees. Views from the helicopter over the harbor and Blue Mountains will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Plus, the landing pad at the Blue Mountains is right across the street from the monorail that brings tourists to the bottom of the Rain Forest. James, our pilot was professional, yet became one of our family while we were together. Absolutely outstanding!

We decided to spend a bit more and do the heli tour to the Blue Mountains rather than the bus. Yes it is expensive, but we had the most amazing day. From the moment we booked the tour until we were dropped back at our motel the service was so professional. These guys should be nominated for best tourism operators. If you are deciding, JUST do it ! You will not be dissapointed. Definately the highlight of our holiday. Thank you James our fabulous pilot, Lincoln our driver and Steph and Jessica. Memorable and astonishing view of the city and blue mountain, we were unexpectedly accompanied with a environmental scientist who share many local geological knowledges with us, though a little short of time in the area, but we had a very good time!
