main trip was to see my 90 year old cousin who is in Age Care

It didn't happen, no one was there to pick us up. On enquiring at the desk it was revealed that the shuttle bus does not go to the destination I booked. Why was this not pointed out to me when I booked, so I had to get a taxi!!!!

Our driver was very friendly and courteous - the second one!
THe first driver drve past us - when we phoned the conxion people to confirm the booking they told us to wait at the front of the hotel - but the bus was at the back. we phoned them when the bus drove by and they explained it was a mix up and to stay at the front of the hotel and they would send another driver. They did but he went to the back as well - this time they phoned and told us to go around the back,
But when we finally found each other he was great. Not the driver's fault either of them but the people taking the confirmation should really let the passenger know the correct pick up point. We had a long wait for flights so it didn't matter that it was 20 minutes later than it should be but it would have mattered if we didn't have so much time

Wait outside 10 mins for the next shuttle to arrive,fast trip to our hotel,would book it again no hassles,very courteous bus driver.

Arrived at hotel on time, friendly driver. Highly recommend.

Tend to go all around the houses so allow more time incase you are the first pickup!
