Picked up on time from my hotel and dropped at the airport with plenty of time to spare!

I had to phone the Australian agent to find out at what time we'd be picked up 4:30 am, but had only made the booking the day before, on the weekend. The trip was good - collected at the hotel on time and delivered to the airport in good time. It's a very slick operation - changing buses at a main depot but with only a few minutes stopover there.

Two disappointing things about this trip.
The first was the issue organising pick up - there was no record in your system of us having a booking. As a result I was on the phone for quite some time and the booking reference that was printed on our ticket - as noted above was not in the system - quite frustrating.
The second issue was how on two occasions the driver who picked us up complained about tourists and the amount of traffic it caused. funny - we are tourists and without them he probably wouldn't have a job. No issues with the second driver - very friendly and courteous
