This was an absolute waste of money. We bought the five-attraction pass, planning to use the hop-on-hop-off bus to get around to the attractions. We quickly found out that the hop-on bus didn't go to most of the attractions included in the package. Secondly, there are only two locations that will allow you to pick up your iVenture card. One is at the Koala sanctuary, and after we got there on a city bus (not part of the package) they were unable to issue us a card. When they talked to the Viator representative, they were told to tell us to go to the Queen Street Mall info desk and they would issue the card there. We did so, and they were unable to issue us a card. They sent us to the information booth on the south side of the river. I walked about 2 km over the bridge in the pouring rain to pick up the iVenture card, and once I got there the attendant was very helpful and I got the card in about 3 minutes. It was then another 2km walk over the bridge in the pouring rain to get back to the QS Mall.
This is not a good value. It is difficult to actually get the card and once you do, it is difficult to get to the attractions. I called the Viator number I had from our confirmation and I never did get the correct information on how to redeem the card.
This was not a good value. THIS IS NOT A GOOD VALUE!
