After boarding your sightseeing boat at Cavill Avenue, depart from the heart of Surfers Paradise and follow the winding Nerang River past the glittering skyscrapers and hotels of the Gold Coast.

While cruising, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch of prawns and chicken, salads and tropical fruit, with drinks available for sale from the licensed bar. With indoor and outdoor seating, you can dine with fabulous 360-degree views on the sundeck or inside in air-conditioned comfort.

The route travels north to Broadwater, past the magnificent homes of the rich and famous. From the water, have fabulous views of such famous Gold Coast attractions as Sea World, the luxury yachts and wharves of the Marina Mirage resort complex and the Palazzo Versace -- Australia’s only six-star resort hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The onboard commentary was very interesting - he knew much about the buildings on the harbour and added interesting tid bits about any significant buildings. The boat was quite nice and spacious. I'd even say somewhat luxurious.
The food was good value. The bread was surprisingly the hit of our group, not to say that the rest was subpar as the prawns kept us happy! Note that it was a cold buffet lunch so don't expect any hot dishes.
I'd recommend to go upstairs to the sundeck if the weather permits. The view is breathtaking, especially on the way to stradbroke Island and on the way back to Surfers paradise.
