Driver cum guide is professional and punctual. Rental ski stuffs are quite alright, though no support to get ski lesson upon arrival.

Went during early August. It was snowing heavily on Mt.Buller. The ski rental was an easy process at Mansfield before heading to the mountain. If you have bought the beginner lesson, do note that skis, boots and poles are included. Otherwise, but prepared to fork out additional for rental. The grey line bus driver was excellent entertaining us during the ride. On the mountain, do make sure to know which carparks to go for the lifts you want. There is a frequent shuttle bus rotating around the village and 2 carparks. The beginner slope near the village was fun, lucky the day I went wasn't that crowded enough to bump into anyone. Roughly had 34 hours to ski before heading back to the carpark to board the bus. Would go again if I could.

I and family had great time in this Mt. Buller Ski Tour. The pick-up arrangement was on-time. The bus trip to and from Mt. Buller was enjoyable thanks to the great driver. And we also had wonderful family activities at Mt. Buller ski resort, especially with the sightseeing chair lift!

The trip is good and the only complain is not enough snow which can not control

On time and we had a good experience

It was our first time to Mt Buller. We were going to Mt Buller from Melbourne, departing from Federation Square.

The coach was arrived on time and departed on time from Federation Square. Our guide and coach driver at that time was Jeff. He was very nice guy, very informative and helpful from the start to the end :. We went to Alzburg Resort Mansfield to hire some stuffs like snow boot, toboggan, water resist pant, etc. Next stop My Buller resort and we arrived there 11.30 AM. Near Coach parking lot, you will find Toboggan ground you can play here first or you can skip this and directly ride Mt Buller Bus to the resort. 3.30 PM you should back to Coach parking lot and going back to Alzburg Resort to return all the stuffs you rent in the morning. Next stop -- Federation Square, Melbourne.

The coach was very great, Jeff also very nice, and Mt Buller was very fun and amazing. For sure will go there again next time :

Enjoyed the long ride, the time spent at Mt. Buller and the snow play. We had to make do with some artificial snow as the season had just started! Would love to be there at the ek of winter!

This tour was amazing!

Should have been more specific what we should do when we got there especially family with young children . Imagine to carry 2 sets of those heavy ski equipments n walked up the slope as we were not informed there is another shuttle bus going to ski school . I paid for 2 ski lessons end up didn't want to do it as already too tired and frustrated . Overall whole trip was a disaster for me wasted money and a full day for nothing .
