If I could give it zero stars I would.
Confirmed via phone where driver would pick us up, but driver seemed annoyed that we weren't where we were supposed to be seemed like a communication issue. Therefore he swore when we got in the van and let us know how he felt about our hotels concierge. When he dropped us off he didn't get out of his seat. We had to open and close the van door and get our own bags were in the van with us. Very disappointing considering how well our other van trips were.

The Sydney Departure Transfer from our hotel to the airport was quick and efficient. The van had no indication of it being SunBus, the driver just came into the hotel lobby and asked if we were waiting for a shuttle ride. He wasn't working a shirt, jacket or sweater to indicate he was with SunBus.
