Next, walk around the corner to the Pitt Street Mall, a popular pedestrian street with a variety of international stores and local boutiques. For more than 150 years, its flagship shop on the Champs-Elys?es has been making the macaron, two meringue cookies joined together with a ganache or buttercream filling.
