wow just a wow. you can see the opera house and the harbour bridge from afar. cruise was amazing. zoo was very very huge.

Nicely laid. Out. Lots of up and down walking. Enjoyed the shows and talks, especially the talks at the animal enclosres.

Make sure you arrive early at the dock to trade your printed voucher in for your ticket to get on the ferry. The ferry ride was nice and you get nice views of the harbor. The zoo was fun and you can take it at your own pace. Layout was a little confusing, so make sure you get a map at the entrance. Special viewings and feedings are scheduled so make sure you know when they are. Food in cafe is expensive, we just had a large breakfast and only purchased a snack. My husband and I took the first ferry around 9am and were satisfied with everything that we saw by 3pm. I was glad that we booked this tour. There is an extra charge for encounters with the animals that you can purchase, but are not included in the price of this tour. We enjoyed seeing the Taronga Zoo.

This was a really convenient way to have all my arrangements made and vouchers in hand before I left home. The zoo was great with beautiful views of the city. Give yourself time to stop at the Captain Cook ticket counter as you will have to exchange your Viator voucher for a ticket.

The hop on hop off on Big Bus is not good value for money, since the recorded tour description is provided through ear phones and not always clear and is can be interfered with other people loud conversation. there are other alternatives of free walking tours of the center and then supplemented by using the public transportation to reach other places.

Some zoo exhibits are closed, but it is still a nice day. The overhead tram ride gives you great views and a downhill walk, which is appreciated in summer. The hop on hop off ferry is a nice way to get around too.
