We have used Viator on many trips prior to this one. Great disappointment. The driver was 20 minutes late, he arrived in a small dirty smelly Uber car with an unprofessional home made Uber sticker on the back window. I asked the driver if he was an Uber driver because there may have been a mistake. He said that he drove for both Viator and Uber. We spent a lot of money and prepaid prior to our trip. We could have ordered an Uber ourselves for a lot less. We are very disappointed as we considered ourselves to be regular customers. No more Viator

The picked us up right on time and dropped us right at the port entrance.

The driver arrived early than the time agreed. He seems too anxious to leave, and I was just waiting for my luggage to bring it down
from the room. When we arrived at the Cruise Port Terminal, he left me at a certain distance to walk with my luggage to the place it
was to be deposited. Never offer to help, or put me near the place to drop it.

Excellent service and driver ahead of time which meant that we were virtually first to board the cruise ship. Would definitely use this service again.

The driver was friendly but his driving left me feeling unnerved. I was handful I reached my destination safely.
