Your local guides will set you up with your safe and stable double sea-kayaks, paddles, life jackets and a bottle of water before you depart to ensure you are safe and comfortable along the way. This tour suits all ages and all skill levels as you will start with a 20-minute pre-tour briefing on paddling technique and safety. Discover the history of this stunning location as you paddle alongside your local guide through Middle Harbour learning about the different eco-systems of the area. You'll paddle past waterfront suburban areas through to the remote bushland of the Garigal National Park, a protected national park popular for bush-walkers and mountain bike riders. After approximately two hours of paddling, stop for a fully-catered picnic-style morning tea on a sandy beach. Here you will have a chance to sit back and relax as you immerse yourself in the incredible natural surrounds. After morning tea, your guide will lead you on your return back to the Spit Bridge in Mosman.
