As other reviewers have said, Terry is knowledgable about his craft and his city, making him ideally suited to this tour. The locations were varied according to the weather so we got great shots of the opera house and harbour bridge. Highly recommended!

I learned so much on this tour! I have been into photography for a while now, I shoot full manual and this tour was superb at teaching me even more- especially about night shooting. I really can not say enough wonderful things about the views, the lessons or the guide.

Terry is an amazing photography instructor. He has a gift for teaching and helped make complex terms, easy to understand. I loved every minute of this tour - it was fun, informative and I have some amazing photos that I am delighted with. I can't wait to do another tour with Terry and can't recommend him more highly.

I had a great time with Terry and learning different things about my camera and what it's capable of doing. Walking around The Rocks, seeing the opera house and the harbour bridge at night was really cool! I had a great time getting to know Terry better and enjoyed this class a lot and will follow up with more future classes in regards to my camera! I did this tour in late November.

Great! The Rocks offer interesting opportunities for good pictures and Terry is explaining everything very logically and simple. Unfortunately it was very cloudy that day so we didnt have a classical sunset. I now understand better how to compose a picture and what a strong third means. Very good pictures of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.

We asked to work with a professional photographer, because we are photographers. Terry Rogan was our guide and his other duties with the National Photo Training College made him the ideal partner. He has an exceptional knowledge of Sydney's best sites for photos and his photographic instruction was excellent. Anyone who works with Terry will like him. He is kind and thoughtful and goes out of his way to make the client comfortable. We didn't just have a guide we made a new friend.

This tour was amazing!

I had a fantastic tour with Terry. He had great insights into all of the best locations and angles for capturing the beauty of Sydney. I have a lot of photography experience, but Terry had lot of new tips and tricks for me to try as well as a tripod for helping get some great low-light images. He's incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to capture great images and have a great experience in Sydney.

The tour was a combination of a mini-lesson and photo shoot. I found it to be very helpful as I am a self-taught photographer and some of Terry's techniques and insight of the camera was enlightening. He was genuine and really wanted to make your experience a great one. I was fortunate enough to shoot much of the harbor prior my tour during Sydney's Vivid Festival, so Terry guided us to several other prime spots to shoot. He spent more time with us than the tour outlined as he wanted to make our visit a meaningful.
