Excellent trip. Saw lots of whales and the snorkelling was great. Staff really friendly and helpful

I'm really disappointed, the tour was nothing I was expecting, although the crew two guys: were very lovely and accommodating. I was only a three of us attending the cruise, which somewhat explained why we weren't given proper food and were taken to a no name bump out on the sea somewhere nothing significant especially when you are on the Whitsundays. It's ok to charge top price if you provide top product. This guys were trying to cash in for the natural beauty of the region, which I already paid for by
making my way out here, paying for my accommodation etc..I feel very shortchanged paying almost two hundred dollars to get a cold dried out quiche, half a wrap of something not really knowing when was it made and some dodgy looking biscuits and not so fresh fruit
And to top this up, it was advertised that we were going to visit two snorkeling locations and all equipment is provided...we didn't go anywhere except the above mentioned bump in the sea and they had no wetsuits and no vests I really think that tour was a total disaster and a ripoff and I'm not sure how I did get to offer s'thing so little value going through leading tourism websites such as Trip Adviser
