We paid extra to skip the line, however after meeting our apparent guide we still had to wait in a very long que. The guide didn't join us at all. Very disappointing considering this this partly what you pay for in the extra cost. Despite this the Museum its self was amazing.

Glad we got the tickets before gand! The lines were minimun 1 hour or more long. We only spent 20 minutes on line to get in.

It took almost an hour to get to the metal detectors....this was our first time to Italy so I presume it is more crowded at holiday time.....the museum was most impressive.

Reasonable booking. Not a "zero" waiting time for admission, but still reasonable to purchaseYou have to accept paying 4 more for booking in advance - but it worth!

If you are visiting Florence a tour guide for this museum is very informative and helpful to be taken by the long lines as a group and not have the hassle and exhaustion.

The line was VERY LONG even though we had a skip the line ticket. If our contact person came earlier, we could have moved way up.

Skip the Line is a MUST! The Gallery was sold out the morning we went, so we would have been out of luck without booking ahead.

There was no skipping the line on this booking service! We had a 4.30pm booking and first we waited in line for 10 minutes for one of two staff only to be told we should see the other staff member. No reason was given but i think one staff member had the list for tour bookings and one staff member had the ticket only bookings. Then after being given the tickets we had to line up for another 30 minutes or more to gain entry to the gallery. This service was not good value either - best to just book tickets to the gallery directly in advance much cheaper or visit outside peak time and buy your ticket on the day.
