While you ride your two-wheeled electric Segway, which operates by self-balancing, you'll listen to your live guide via a set of headphones and hear entertaining facts and anecdotes about the history of Florence as you glide. You could almost consider this a private tour, since groups are limited to a minimum of two and a maximum of six, plus tour leader. You'll have fantastic photo opportunities and excellent personal service from your professional guide.
Your tour starts with an orientation session. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway, your journey begins to the historic center of town. Here you will have the opportunity to visit (exterior only) all the important areas of Florence while listening to your live guide comfortably through your headpiece set.

Our tour guide was wonderful but negotiating the crowded streets of Florence on a Segway was difficult for some first time users. No big problems but a walking tour maybe a better option is high tourist season of June-August.

Awesome tour and extremely knowledgeable guide, Katerina. A great overview of the city with lots of history and facts. Got to see all the major sights and Katerina gave us ideas on things to explore further during our trip. Katerina was very patient. The streets were very busy as it was Easter Monday, so dodging pedestrians was definitely a challenge. Overall I highly recommend this tour. It is also a very efficient way to see the sights.
