Overall it was great. Pack some snacks. Lunch is a very small portion but tastey. Our guide was great!!! Driver handled the bus perfectly.

I am so impressed. Everything was so very well organized. Valentina our tour guide made us love and respect all historical and modern fact about Tascany. Our group was wonderful. The driver very experienced and efficient.
I will never forget this tour.

The meeting/drop off place was behind a train station that seemed remote and a bit sketchy. The guide was pretty illl-informed and indifferent to people's needs, when he bothered to tell us anything at all. We were always left off several blocks, sometimes a mile, away from the sites and given the excuse that buses were not allowed any closer. This was manifestly untrue as there were many buses posted 10 or 15 minutes closer to the site. than we were. It was a particular problem at Pisa where we had to walk under highway overpasses next to a busoy four lane highway and through a market of extremely aggressive gypsies. Once we reached the sites, we were pretty much left to our own devices and given instructions to meet back at a certain time. It would have been cheaper to hire a driver and do it on our own. Very disappointing.

Excellent day trips for those wanting to see Tuscany in one day. Good, knowledgable guides (thank you Catarina), beautiful towns.

This is a great way to see Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano all in a day. Have lunch have some wonderful gelatto in San Gimignano and then see the
Leaning Tower Of Pisa.

The excursion was a lovely experience overall. Our guide, Elaine, took us to Siena and turned us over to another guide for a brief walking tour. The guide was good and hit the high points of the city, which was nice because it did rain. That guide then left us at the church to meet up with Elaine again. From there it was off to the other two towns, where we had brief time in each. The food was good and wine tasting pleasent. There is a lot of walking, but no more than you should expect. It should be noted, it’s not like a guided tour, but more of an on your own sightseeing. Also, if you want to sit with your family on the large tour bus, you may want to arrive super...SUPER early. Many people, myself included, was not able to sit with my spouse on the bus.

The one MAJOR issue I have with the whole excursion was finding the departure point to actually leave Florence. Perhaps it would behoove Chou Florence to station someone at the train station to give guidance on how to locate the bus departure as a whole group struggled with finding the location. This mishap did cause an annoyance to the beginning of the trip and is the reason I only gave 4 stars.

For this trip we had five to our group and the tour guide was Valentina who did an amazing job accomodating to fit our groups needs! She explained everything very well and even told us places in each city she thought were a must see! Very kind and personable and even offered to take group pictures! We had an amazing experience with her

My guide Lorena and driver Giuseppe were amazing. She was so knowledgeable and her Spanish was impeccable. My spouse and my friends were enthralled with this tour. We had perfect weather and the trips to each town were amazing. There is a lot of walking so you need to be prepared for that. The trip to the winery was great also. The food and wine were delicious and the people at the winery very attentive and nice. They explained each and every meal and wine paring. I loved the area and the views were gorgeous. I just wanted to say that the next time I come, I will definitely do this tour or another tour again!

I was very happy with this choice of a day tour from Florence. All four locations were delightful in their own way. I just wish that there had been more time -- especially for San Gimignano. Our guide, Gabriel, was great. It was a long day with a lot of driving,

The trip was very enjoyable. We thought it would be a long day but it actually went very fast. The lunch was very good quality both in food and wine. The instructions to the meeting point near the train station could have been more clearer.
