They were not very professional. A child screamed throughout the entire talk making it unable to hear. Our guide did nothing to help us hear. I came a long way just to see The Last Supper and missed most of the talk. They also did not explain the walking tour as being fast and difficult.

This walking tour of Milan was a great way to hit the highlights of the city with an excellent and very informative tour guide, Christina. She was pleasant, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different sites. The Duomo and Galleria were certainly special with the entrance to see The Last Supper in the monastery the last stop. Christina provided vivid details about the painting and the different nuances that made the site that much more inspiring. Overall great way to see Milan and of course, The Last Supper.

Our guide, Christina, was excellent at describing all the highlights, as well as filling in with Milan's history and development. If possible this tour should be taken at the beginning of your visit because she did a good job orienting you to the city. The grand finale of our tour was the last supper. She tried, but nothing really prepares you for the impact of this glorious treasure! I highly recommend.

This tour was great. We were able to enter the last supper in a small group and avoid crowds later in the day. Time was about fifteen minutes as advertised. The remainder of the tour was excellent as well and our guide was knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Can't recall his name but I'd recommend highly.

A day before this tour was scheduled, I received a call from the tour operator informing me that it had been rescheduled for the next day at 10:45 AM. I informed him that this was unacceptable, because I would be on a plane back to New York at that time. He simply said sorry, there is nothing that can be done. I have been using Viator and TripAdvisor for many years and am very disappointed that I was not able to see The Last Supper as scheduled.
Terrible way to be treated.

Our tour guide was excellent. I don't know how she was able to keep talking for the whole 3 hours! Her insights and humor were delightful. The Last Supper is not to be missed! Our guide, Christina, really made it come alive through her explanations.
The only thing I would change would be the opportunity to go into the Duomo instead of just walking around it.

Our walking tour of Milan provided a glimpse of the city's landmarks including the Duomo, Galleria, the Castle and the crowning glory, The Last Supper.Our guide, Laura, did a good job of giving us a historical background for all the sights. Thank goodness for the wireless headpieces which allowed us to hear her comments as our group was very large.The tour gave you a taste of the sites so you could decide which you wanted to further explore. Unfortunately, groups are allowed only 15 minutes to view The Last Supper which is nowhere near enough time to take in its beauty and detail. I would definitely recommend the tour for anyone who wants an overview of Milan.

My guide, Chiara, is enthusiastic and easy going. She also thoroughly explained The Last Supper regarding its history, the meaning, and how it was painted. If I had seen it without a guided explanation, I would have missed out on a lot. She also guided us to the Sforza Castle, the Galleria Emanuele, and the Duomo. Going inside the Duomo is not included in the tour. She also gave us tips on where to eat. Highly recommend it.

Our Guide Beatrice was fantastic. Very well educated on all the sites we saw as well as on all the general history and other questions that my very curious sons threw out at her. She was also very responsive. When told that we had already been to the Duomo she modified the tour on the fly and took us to see a fantastic gem of a church that we would have never seen otherwise: San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore.. It was just amazing.

Chiara (spelling?) was fantastic. She was hilarious and very compassionate about Milan. (And not having Starbucks come to her city!) Best tour guide we had in the two weeks we spent in Italy. You do not go inside the Duomo, so we did that separately, which was beautiful . Also went to the roof of the cathedral, so be sure to book that in addition to the tour. Try to book with her, again the best.
