Guide was excellent group leader..........serena was energetic...and explained us all details of Venice...

Sofia was our guide getting to Venice but then Chiara took over. Both ladies were great. Tour seemed rush once in Venice due to long travel time. You really need a few days to see Venice. We did enjoy a gondola ride and watched a glass blower plus has some free time to shop.

Amazing Tour !!!

you need to see Venice, but 7.5-8 hours on a bus with no restroom is not the way to get there and back. what you really receive is a two hour walking tour, a ten minute glass blowing demonstration and a 20 minute sales pitch on the glass. A waste of time for me. the guide for the walking tour was more interesting in staying in the shade than she was in showing us anything special, and the main tour guide was not very helpful. I wouldn't do it again.

We enjoyed this trip to Venice once we had free time. Our local tour guide was a little pessimistic during the walking tour, always mentioning how Venice is sinking because it had too many tourists in front of an entire group of tourists. Our tour leader was pretty cool though. He was humorous, and because I was pregnant and it was hot, he let me and my husband skip the glass-blowing tour so we can grab lunch. We had a total of a little over 4 hours to roam around Venice.
Gondola rides were 20 Euros per person because it was peak season. We skipped it.

Love the city itself however, 'city tour' provided little value/information; bus ride was too long for the short visit in the actual city. By the time you do the 'walk tour'; glass tour; and gondola you barely had time to eat least of all visit anything or do sight-seeing. Maybe reduce 'city tour' to 20 minutes; extend time on land and allow more time for exploring. Quality of mic and devices for tour listening were poor.

This was a good tour, just could've been organized a bit better.
But if you want to get a glimpse of Venice in just one day, this probably one of the best ones out there.

The city is breathtaking! The guides are highly knowledgeable.
