Great way to avoid long taxi lines...worth the extra cost if first time in Rome. Later on, a taxi from your hotel works fine.

No problem with the ride. All on time. Only thing that was weird was we had to go across the busy street for the pick up point only to be lead back across the street hauling our luggage by the driver to get into his car which was parked directly in front of the terminal.
