Once you land at Rome Ciampino Airport, head outside the terminal to meet your driver and travel to your Rome hotel. Whether you're traveling individually, with a partner or in a group, your ground transport needs are covered with this shared transfer service.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24 hours prior to your arrival in Rome, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (contact info will be provided on your confirmation voucher).
Price is per person, based on eight adults per car/vehicle.

Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are not available

Transfer is wheelchair accessible but if assistance is required, passenger must be accompanied by own assistant

Your driver will wait no longer than 30 minutes if your flight has been delayed, or if you do not wait at the pre-arranged meeting point

I purchased this transfer for my mother and I as it was my first time in Rome and wanted a stress free arrival in Rome. Our driver was on time and had a sign displaying my name. Although it was a shared transfer, we were the only ones picked-up and he transported us to our hotel in a very sleek Mercedes that impressed my mom and added another element to our travel. He dropped us off right near the hotel- since it was in a pedestrian area. Overall, since it was my first time i did not know that flat fee to CIA from Rome is 30 euro, it was a stress free way to travel. But if i had to come again i would most likely just take a cab.
