There are about as many varieties of pasta dishes as there are wines to choose from. Matching them up might seem a little overwhelming at first, even like trying to solve a mystery. The sauce, for the most part, will determine the profile of wine you choose. Under the guidance of the Chef and wine expert Paolo Di Stefano you will be able to classify the sauces and match them with the best italian wines. Learn the art of pairing italian pasta with wine and enjoying different wines from various regions in Italy, its stories, colours and aromas.
