The morning portion was exceptional. How do you go to Rome without visiting The Vatican? I will be honest. We passed on the afternoon portion from exhaustion. Plus do you really need to see four more church's in Italy? Not on Vatican grounds BTW.

Morning tour with Maria Teresa was wonderful! She was an awesome guide thru the Vatican and museums. However after our midday break it rained and the staff organizing the rest of the trip misdirected us, wouldn't listen to us, and thereby made us miss our group and bus for rest of tour. She had attitude and said go home, all is lost unless you come back tomorrow, which of course we were unable to do due to our flight home.

Our tour was in 2 parts. The morning Vatican Museums was exceptional, the guide - Emma- was excellent and her enthusiasm and knowledge makes this tour a must-do. Unfortunately, the afternoon tour was not as interesting and the guide - Pia - although clearly knowledgeable lacked Emmas enthusiasm and the tour was broken up with minor disputes with the coach driver and security staff. The afternoon tour also ends some distance from the start which is not that convenient for tourists who do not know their way in Rome that well. 5 star in the morning 3 star in the afternoon.

Only negative is a lot of stairs. My sister and I did not realize how many when we booked this tour.

Incredible tour!!!!! David was such a great guide. So knowledgeable and fun. So much history in the Vatican. David helped sort it all out in a very enjoyable way. Loved this tour!! Do not try to see the Vatican by yourself. Too much info needed to appreciate it. Get this tour and ask for David!

Very good tour, with skip the line to the Sistine chapel and Basilica of San Peter!

The morning portion was particularly good. Our guide was Darianna and she is the best guide ever.

We had paid for a 3hour tour but our guide was in a bit of a hurry so we did the tour in 2hours 5min and I think we could have seen some more on our tour Next time I will go on my own and no hurry

Amazing tour, and very talented tour leaders, I have enjoyed every single moment.

Overall this was AWESOME! Tons of great information and so much to see. Go EARLY as this tour can get extremely HOT especially in the late afternoon.
