The class was great and I enjoyed the food so much! Took the class with a young Italian man wanting to cook for his girlfriend. I would do this again!

We had so much fun with the class! We loved that it stared off by going to the market and selecting all the local and fresh food. We were amazed at how well prepared they were for everything and the cooking lesson was so helpful. Our wine was always refilled which added to the experience and made it all the more fun! Our only disappointment if you could even say that was that we were seated at a lovely table and severed the meal so we didn't actually get to see how everything came together right at the end. It tasted amazing and was beautifully presented to us but there were a lot of little things done in those last few minutes to make it perfect and we would have loved to see that as well. All in all would definitely do again!

What an amazing time! I gave this to my daughter as a birthday present and we both loved it. Victoria our chef was just wonderful and the other two groups from New York and Chicago with us were such fun. It turned into the perfect day in Rome and when we left we felt like we had new friends, recipes and fantastic food. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional experience. The Chef was amazing.

Unexpectedly a great experience I'm definitely not a cook nor do I cook regularly! Loved that it was intimate with 7 people including myself in the class and the chef took us through a market to shop for ingredients to be used for our dishes while explaining all the ingredients and giving us background information on them. The lesson lasted about 6-7 hours from start to end and included the chef serving us a 5-course meal including 3 of the different pasta dishes we helped make at the end outside in a little patio area. Experience and food were great!

This was so much fun. We followed chef through the market and shopped for fresh produce, meat and cheeses. A short walk to the kitchen where we prepared the best food I had in Rome. This is a pleasant change from all the sightseeing and crowds. You wont regret this experience.

This was a last-minute add to out Rome trip. Chef Francesco was an absolute pleasure! We learned so much about selecting quality ingredients and how to prepare a lovely multi-course Italian meal. From beginning to end, this was a real highlight of our trip.
