This tour will give you a chance to immerse yourself in the ancient world of the Italian jeweller-artisan. Italian jewellery combine ancient wisdom with the latest technology to create modern stylish works of art. The tour takes you into the workshop of the famous Napolitan master jeweller and designer Signor Renato Ventrella. His workshop includes both a jewellery laboratory and an elegant showroom. The visit begins with Signor Ventrella telling the story of his family's two hundred years of jewellery making experience, and how today's jewellers combine the ancient art with modern techniques. In the first part of the tour Maestro Ventrella will demonstrate how he crafts his beautiful creations, which have been praised as being of the highest esthetic value. Next, participants will experience an authentic hands-on lesson at the jeweller's workbench.
