Today, street food is a major part of Sicilian cuisine and you can find it in the markets, streets, and small alleys in even the most important cities. Street food is full of history and cultural significance.

Meet your tour leader in a centrally located office and, after a brief walk along the streets of Taormina, start cooking experience with our local professional chef in the historical and noble Palazzo Calanna, located along the Taormina’s main street Corso Umberto.

You will learn how to make different types of Sicilian street food such us panelle, arancini, and sficione. The chef will give you some special cooking tips and tell you about the rich Sicilian alimentary tradition.
This course is a great way to have fun, make friends, and have a true hands on experience that won't fail to impress your friends and family once you get home.

After cooking take a seat and enjoy a sicilian aperitivo with a selection of Etna wines in the most privileged and breathtaking location of Taormina. Enjoy the sunset admiring the sun hiding behind the majestic Mount Etna.
