Meet your guide in a centrally located office in Taormina and walk to the Lounge bar, where a professional bartender will show you what he does best. You will see first hand the art of mixing while entertaining guests in an informal yet refined setting.

After a brief introduction to the world of the barman he will start to prepare cocktails while explaining the tools of his trade, the mixing of tastes and smells, and finally the decoration of the exquisite cocktails. Under his close supervision you will learn to reproduce two famous international cocktails of his choice.
Then, the bartender will show you different local products that you can use to create your own favorite cocktails. The smells of the garden, the baroque style frescoes, and the colored ceramics will combine to inspire you to create your very own Sicilian style cocktail.

The barman will then decide who has made the best cocktail and they will earn themselves the privileged position of being Bartenders for a night!
At the end of the activity you can relax and enjoy a typical Sicilian aperitivo paired with local gourmet products and relaxing background music.
