Arrange your private transfer from either Venice Santa Lucia Station or Piazzale Roma, and then hop aboard your water taxi to travel directly to your hotel in Venice. The private transfer service covers hotels in central Venice or Venice Lido.
Whether you’re traveling individually, with a partner or in a group, your ground transport needs will be covered by this private transfer service. Avoid the confusion of taxis or public transport and enjoy a hassle-free start to your vacation in the gorgeous Veneto capital.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your travel details and your Venice accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24-48 hours prior to your arrival in Venice, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).
Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.
Due to the Hotel Marriot location (Isola delle Rose), transfer to/from this Hotel are subjected to a surcharge of ?0, payable on spot.

We were met by 2 representatives at the station platform. They escorted us to the water taxi pick up. They were very attentive. They made sure the taxi driver knew where we were going. Lovely scenery on route to hotel.

Great Service! We were meet promptly at the Train Station by an agent who got us on to a water taxi, arranged all the luggage handling and a few minutes later we were racing down the canal to our hotel. A great stress free arrival !

This is very costly but the service is excellent. Someone was waiting for us literally within a minute of us exiting the train. He had our name on a placard. He escorted us to the waiting taxi and a few minutes later we were at our hotel. As we had a lot of luggage and were exhausted, this was well worth the investment for us.

This met our expectations , it is always great to have someone meet you at a new place when you arrive and make sure that you get to our hotel safely and without any hassle. They take care of everything including the meet and greet , the porter service and arranging the water taxi. One thing the provider can improve will be to have someone accompany you all the way to the hotel, You are on your own once you are in the taxi, not a big deal as the driver takes you to your destination. But a finer touch will be for someone to accompany you.

Our person was not there when we arrived and when we went to the recommended office, they had to call around to find her. Then we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our taxi to arrive. We got to our destination safely but getting together with our guide was frustrating, especially in 90 degree heat with three children.

Great experience. We arrived in Venice by train and at the end of the platform they were waiting for us with a sign and luggage cart and took us directly to our private water taxi to our Palazzo. Great experience and perfect service.

I couldn't have asked for a smoother arrival to Venice. There was a representative waiting for us at the car rental return who led us all the way to the boat to take us to our hotel. Venice is a bit of a crazy place upon arrival, specifically if you don't know your way around, and pre-booking this make it go as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend!
