These are the two top spots to see in Venice and the tour was well organized, not rushed. Both places were beyond our expectations, so much artwork, beauty, and history. Our tour guide was excellent. This can be a busy place so seeing it this way is a must do to skip the lines. Highly recommend!

Tour guide spoke horrific English, waaaayyyy too many people. Disorganized. But there is nobody else

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but it was hard to hear him. Seemed like his mic picked up alot of surrounding sounds and we only had 1 ear head piece so the surrounding sounds could not be blocked out. So i had a hard time keeping up with what he was saying. Besides that the tour was great, saw lots amazing things and learned alot

This tour was marketed as "Skip the line." We thought that meant we would get better access, but not true! Plus, our guide talked way too much and the tour was way longer than it needed to be. We finally decided to skip the church part of the tour because of the time element and the crowds - yes, we missed seeing the inside of the Basilica, but we have no regrets about walking away! . .

It was a great experience. No waiting time, the process was very efficient and organized. My tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour!!

We got Stefania who has been giving tours for 20 years. Great tour overall but would have been better with a different guide. She’s the pushy Italian mother you never had is how I would describe her personality. Not warm and cuddly and a bit rude to a few people on the tour and to people who weren’t on our tour if they were in her way.

Wonderfully educated guide and a great experience.

The tour guide really let this tour down. She was just getting through her day. She was not considerate about the group she would talk walk away and it was hard to follow her. She seemed to ramble on like she was giving a speech not talking to actual people. This was our last tour and it was a terrible hot day but she was not interesting at all.

Where to meet is not very clear or organized so go early. There are many large groups in the square so it was hard to find them. Once you find them, there is a waiting process for about 30 minutes for your group to start the tour. We did use a listening device with an earpiece so that was very helpful, we could hear the guide clearly. There are many security lines to go thru so you are still in lines. It did not feel like we were skipping lines. Both places are very very crowded and it was very hot that day. The length was good, the guide was very good. We did enjoy it but be prepared for the crowds.

Great tour, but avoid going in July if you can, too hot and too crowded.
