Get on the bike, wear the helmet and start off the tour exploring the medieval walls of Alberto della Scala on the northern side of Verona towards Vescovo Gate. Return to the city center and admire the "Free Commune" walls near Piazza Bra where the Arena is located.

Then take the cycle path southwards to get to Porta Nuova and go around the bastion of Riformati and climb into the bastion of Santo Spirito to learn about the Venetian city walls and the Austrian fortifications.

Visit the marvellous Porta Palio, masterpiece of Michele Sanmicheli, accessing to the terrace and descending into the ?coute galleries.

Go back by passing close to Castelvecchio with its bridge.
