Pick up the bike and helmet at the meeting point in central Verona and make the way outside the city in a north-eastern direction.

Enjoy scenic views with orchards and vineyards while you ride along the easy and flat paths.
After approximately an hour's time stop and visit a family-run olive oil mill where the productive process is explained. The tasting of extra virgin olive oil and other products made from local olives is included (as an alternative the visit can be at a local winery with explanation and tasting of typical wines of the area).

Next, head to to the hamlet of Montorio through a wonderful landscape sprinkled with villas and castles. See the water springs of river Fibbio and follow the water until Ferrazze suburb.

Return to Verona and time to take pictures and look at local fauna. Take the city cycle track until Vescovo Gate and then enter the walls and return to the starting point.
