Only 1 standard suitcase allowed per passenger, size 46x69x29cms (18x27x11in); an additional fee will be applied in case of oversized or extra luggage.

Infants (up to 2 years old) and children (up to 6 years old) must be seated in a baby or child seat. Please ensure you select the number of infants or children travelling so that the seat can be provided at the time

Transfers from hotels located outside Barcelona metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid.

Don't book them if you have a tight schedule. Called to inform that flight was changed and needed to be picked up at 2:10 PM in order to make a 3:45 PM timed private entry into Barcelona's Sagradia Cathedral. Flight late 20 minutes, so they added 20 minutes to 2:10 PM pickup. Actually arrived at 3PM for pickup, luggage loading and transport to hotel. That transfer, very quick hotel check in and shuttle to Sagradia got us there too late for tour.

We were met at the airport as expected, however, as we were carrying luggage for a two week trip, the driver had a tough time fitting it into the car. The actual drive into downtown Barcelona was comfortable and quiet. We have used Victor for other European airport transfers and highly recommend this service.

Can't tell you We were 5 minutes late Bus left without us. Not Tours fault. Had to get cab back to ship cost 130 euros
