Transfers from hotels located outside the Barcelona metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid

Only 1 standard suitcase allowed per passenger, size 46x69x29cms (18x27x11in); an additional fee will be applied in case of oversized or extra luggage.

Notified the company to remind them of our pick up at the hotel 3 days before, and still the company was not there to pick us up. I called them 35 mins past the pick up time on the day of, and the operator was scrambling to get a driver to get to the hotel.She said someone will be at the hotel in 5 mins, and with the confusion, we thought after 5 mins, the taxi that pulled up at the hotel was one of theirs, and we ended up with the wrong taxi. I was not happy.

We were promptly picked up a nice driver and a clean car. I felt sorry for the driver as we were a party of 6 and had heavy cases but he wasn't put off and loaded us all up and whisked us off to the airport.
