" 3 - 6 in a private minivanWhen making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Barcelona hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Arrival Airline
" Arrival Flight Number
" Departure Airport and Arrival Airport
" Arrival Time
" Full Hotel Name and Address

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Please be informed that the space for luggage in our cars is limited to 1 suitcase per person (max 20 kg). Otherwise the clients will be requested to take care of the extra luggage on their own or settle the extra cost (if confirmed with the supplier in advance).

After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger's name. The driver will be waiting on arrival for a maximum of: Train & Cruises, 40 minutes. Domestic & International flights, 45 minutes.Transcontinental flights, 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Please note, the brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date.

Transfers to hotels located outside Barcelona metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid.

Please note, infants must be transported in a suitable child restraint which can be organized and paid direct to the operator.) It should be requested in advance

Everything was great for the initial pickup at the airport on 9/28 to our hotel. On 9/30 they were to pick us up at our hotel and take us to cruise port. They never showed up and did not answer their phones. Just the day before I reconfirmed everything with them they told me all was good and that they would be at hotel at 9:15 in the morning. Never showed !!! Even our hotel tried to call them and were just put on hold. It was very disappointing to say the least. Be advised this was all prepaid.

Our flight into Barcelona was late. When we arrived there wasn't anyone there to pick us up. I called and was told because I was late they only wait 1.5 hours then leave. I provided my flight information at the time of booking, I thought so they could check my flight status and adjust the pick up time if necessary. Great way to go from the airport to your hotel. I always feel way more comfortable after flying all day to be met at the airport by a driver holding your name and eager to help get your luggage to the car. It may cost a little more but to me it is worth every dollar.
