Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 5 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability

The brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Please be informed that the space for luggage in our cars is limited to 1 suitcase per person (max 20 kg). Otherwise the clients will be requested to take care of the extra luggage on their own or settle the extra cost (if confirmed with the supplier in advance).

Transfers from hotels located outside Barcelona metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid.

Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.

Please note: Customer must provide pick up time from hotel upon booking.

Please note, infants must be transported in a suitable child restraint which can be organized and paid direct to the operator. It should be requested in advance

This was a great choice with the driver being on time and very helpful with the luggage. The price was very reasonable for the two of us. I have used Viator before for this type of service and some others as well. The car was very clean and the driver very courteous throughout the drive to the port.

Our ride from our hotel to the port was perfect. We had also reserved a ride from the port to our hotel a week earlier. Because of a taxi strike, I called the local provider 2 days and the day before our scheduled pick up. Both times she confirmed-in spite of the strike. When the taxi didn't show up when we arrived in port, I called again and she said there would be no pick up. I understand not being able to pick us up due to the strike, but I should have been called so I could make other arrangements. I had to scramble as the hotel no longer had cars available and there was no public transportation. I took a chance on someone hanging out at the port and he got us to our hotel at a cost 50% more than I prepaid Viator.
